I started with Patricia in November 2019. While I was going to the gym, I was not getting the most out of my time at the gym. Patricia’s customized program and app helped improve the effectiveness of my workouts. Her plans change every 30-45 days so I don’t get bored and I don’t plateau. She is continuing to challenge me as I gain more strength. I started in November around 145 lbs, and now down to 123lbs. While focusing on my macros and nutrition, also with Patricias help, I’m maintaining muscle but losing body fat to recomp. Can’t wait to see more changes and receive my next monthly plan! Training with Patricia has been an amazing experience for me. I was initially looking for something to add a bit of activity to my life, but I found so much more. In the few months that I've been training with Patricia, I've shed pounds, lowered my BMI, and learned tons about what my body can do. Working out is a chore, but Patricia makes it worth getting out of bed. Her sessions are well planned, she makes modifications when needed, however, she will not settle for anything less than my all. There are always different activities/exercises that pique my interest and offer new challenges. Training with Patricia has increased my confidence, strength, and, endurance and I'm grateful for her expertise.
I love my workouts with Patricia! She is always challenging me and progressing my workouts. She really knows what she is doing, and even manages to make the workouts fun! She has helped me gain the confidence to do things I didn't think I could. I have lost 20 lbs so far, feel stronger, and am that much closer to my fitness an health goals. After one laparoscopy stomach surgery, two children and two C-section, my mid-section had taking a beating. I was able to mask it with clothing but every time I undressed, I was not happy with the way I looked. I started working out 4 to 5 days a week (combination of cardio and weight training) and you see the Results.... It's as simple as WORKING HARD and making healthier choices. No supplements etc., just HARDWORK.
Patricia has helped numerous members of Messiah Baptist Church reclaim their health and quality of life. Time2GetFit is the perfect way to find your way back to staying in shape. I'm the outreach coordinator for the URBAN HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE PROGRAM, and we were looking to connect with a trainer who could motivate people into exercising again to improve their health. Time2GetFit was the perfect choice. They accommodated every situation and made it easy for people to start and reach their goals. If a person had trouble making a goal, they helped you make one, that made sense to you and your lifestyle. Time2GetFit was brought in to coordinate a fitness class. Their efforts were above and beyond amazing, because everyone in the group felt like they had their own personal trainer within the class.
Pat Tripp is an excellent trainer! She is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She caters to all people no matter what your age or level of fitness is. She makes each workout challenging, creative and fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. Pat motivates you to push past your perceived limits to get results, careful to make sure you avoid injury, when true concern exists and always cheering you along. My name is Leandra Lewis. I am 24 years old and I attend Messiah Baptist Church, where I met Patricia. When the fitness classes were first introduced at our church, I was excited to start and truly enjoyed the workouts. For a long time, I have had issues with my body image, and as far as fitness goals were concerned, I wanted to be svelte and slim. I attended classes faithfully for a while but couldn't continue consistently because of classes. When I did however find the time to get back to the workout classes, Patricia was always encouraging and never went easy on me. The workouts were challenging, but modifiable to fit any fitness level.
